Sleep is a key part of positive mental health, and it's a time when our minds and bodies recover from the stresses and strains of the day. Many people are reporting problems dropping off at the moment, during a time when stress levels are high and we need a good night's sleep more than ever.
To try and help with this, our Interim Inner & East Bristol Networker Subitha has recorded a short guided mindfulness audio that you can download here. This will help your mind switch off, relax and drift away.
