Mental Health Awareness Week 2022
Mental Health Awareness Week this year runs from May 9th to 15th. The theme this year, set by the Mental Health Foundation is Loneliness, something that most of us have been affected by during the lockdowns. As events and activities start to open up again, and people are mixing more we'd like people to reflect on how they're feeling, and we'll also provide some opportunities for people to meet and get to know each other and Get Connected.
Our new Networkers will be running two coffee mornings, one at Wellspring Settlement and one at the Greenway centre. You can pop in for a cuppa and slice of cake, take part in some activities, and find out what activities are running near you that could help if you'd like to meet some new people. You can find information on groups and activities running in Inner and East Bristol here, and in North Bristol here.
We'll also be sharing information about activities and groups in Bristol via Facebook and Twitter, so give us a follow!
We'd also like to hear from you! What kinds of activities would help you feel more connected? How connected do you feel right now? You can let us know by completing our short survey here, and we'll use this information to inform decision makers about what people would like to see.
